1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, institution, and analytical technique preferences when you create an account. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, analysis counts) to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your instrument data is processed in real-time to generate analysis results. Data is not stored beyond your active session unless you explicitly save a project. We never use your scientific data to train machine learning models.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your session ending. Saved projects are retained until you delete them. Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication (Google OAuth), payment processing (Stripe), and AI inference (OpenAI API). These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
